The rooms are tidy and bright and they have a kettle and a toaster. The bathroom is clean, the beds are exceptionally comfortable, the staff are courteous. The hotel is in the central location in a tree lined avenue.

Make sure you stay in the king room with all the equipments, good facilities, for instance. The staff are excellent and the location is magnificent to "Stadium of Light ".

The room was not only fantastic, but brilliant too, and had a kettle and a toaster. The location was great and brilliant, close to town center, and the bed exceptionally comfortable. Moreover, it was at a moderate distance from a city park.

The hotel has excellent and lovely location so close to train/metro station. Also, we saw Royal Festival Hall, based approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the venue. Had good sleep at the king room with a big bathroom.

Had tastefully decorated and brand-new room with microwave, fridge and excellent facilities for a wonderful stay. We enjoyed the delightful decor. Excellent and perfect location, the free parking was available.

Great way to end our weekend. Brilliant and magnificent hotel in the Victorian style. Large and brand-new room with all the equipments and satisfactory breakfast. Great amenities like a kettle and a toaster. Unbeatable location; accommodating and very welcoming staff.
Beds were a little lumpy.
